All refund/cancellation requests must be communicated by 23 October 2017. There will be an administrative fee of US$100 deducted from each refund.
Registration Includes: Access to all IEEE ICSOS 2017 Sessions, Coffee Breaks, Banquet, Technical Tour and the Proceedings. No discount will be applied to the registration fee in case of not attending events like the Banquet or the Technical Tour.
One registration is required for each person presenting (oral or poster) or attending. Authors can present (oral or poster) up to 2 papers, indicating both EDAS numbers when making the registration. In the case an author wants to present more than 2 papers, an additional registration will be required for the next 2 papers.
To be published in the 2017 IEEE International Conference on Space Optical Systems and Applications (ICSOS) Conference Proceedings and to be elegible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the AUTHOR (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the 2017 IEEE International Conference on Space Optical Systems and Applications (ICSOS) Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore® as well as the other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
