A preliminary version of the proceedings of IEEE ICSOS 2017 is now available in the following link:
These proceedings are available only for the conference participants (please, do not share the password).
After the conference, the final proceedings will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
13 October 2017: Best student-paper award
Among the papers written solely or primarily by a student, the best one will be selected and awarded in IEEE ICSOS 2017.
The winner will be announced at the Closing Session on Wednesday, 15th.
26 September 2017: IEEE ICSOS 2017/ Exhibition
IEEE ICSOS 2017 is now accepting applications for corporate exhibition spaces during the conference.
Exhibitors will be accepted in a first-come first-served basis, subject to the relevance of their products/services within the conference. If your company is interested in exhibiting at IEEE ICSOS 2017, please download and return the form below to apply for an exhibit space. Please e-mail the form to icsos_exhibition@mediatelier.com. Give your company the opportunity to be seen, considered, and chosen.

**Conditions**
Exhibition period: November 14 and 15, 2017.
* Set up can be done between 15:00 and 18:00 on November 13, 2017.
Place: In the lobby at the Okinawa Jichi-Kaikan (Okinawa Pref. Municipal Center), Naha (Japan).
Fees: 800 USD.
Number of Exhibitors: Up to six spaces (first-come first-served).
Exhibition space: A rectangular desk (60 cm x 180 cm) with 2 electric outlets with basic usage, 2 folding chairs and an exhibitor pass for one person.
* The exhibitor pass does not include access to any conference events.
* An additional fee of 100 USD will be charged for each additional exhibitor pass.
Submission deadline: October 15, 2017.
30 August 2017: The registration is open
The registration is now open through the CVENT website. Authors and non-authors can register to participate in ICSOS 2017 following this link.
11 July 2017: The program is online
The advanced program of IEEE ICSOS 2017 is now online.
26 June 2017: Notification to authors
All the authors have been notified about the acceptance/rejection of their papers. If you are an author and you have not received the notification, please contact us.
If your paper was accepted, please submit the full manuscript before September 1st.
The authors of accepted papers can download a visa letter from the EDAS system following the instructions explained in the hotel/travel information.
15 May 2017: Abstract submission deadline extension to 29th of May
Due to multiple requests, we have decided to extend the abstract submission deadline to Monday 29th of May. Consequently, the acceptance notification has been extended as well to Monday 26th of June.
This is a firm deadline and there will be no further extension. Do not miss this opportunity!
